Individual Counseling
We treat individuals struggling with depression, anxiety and trauma, including evidenced based trauma processing techniques. We have experience working with individuals who are struggling with parenting issues, stage of life problems as well as infertility and pregnancy loss. It’s important to us to support clients in finding their own solutions and strengths to conquer their life struggles.
Holistic Mental Health LGBTQIA+ Counseling
We provide individual therapy in a supportive, LGBTQIA+ affirming space. Our therapists help individuals explore identity, relationships, and life experiences while building emotional resilience, self-understanding, and meaningful personal growth.
