First appointment/Intake – $150.00
Regular Session – $130.00/hour
Insurance
We are in-network providers for Anthem, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and United Healthcare insurance. We also accept Lyra EAP.
Payment
We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, and HSA cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
