I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering compassionate, client-centered therapy for children, adolescents, and adults in a private practice setting. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. I am committed to making mental health care accessible and affirming, particularly for individuals and families from marginalized communities.
My clinical focus includes trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I integrate a trauma-informed approach with evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am also working toward my Registered Play Therapist (RPT) credential and incorporate play therapy techniques to support children and teens in expressing emotions and building coping skills.
As a bilingual therapist, I offer services in both English and Spanish to ensure that language and culture are honored in the healing process. My goal is to empower clients, foster resilience, and walk alongside them as they create meaningful change in their lives.
